Deb Schneider
As the one of the owners and lead trainer, Deb has always had a dog at her side.  In 1985 she brought a basset hound named Kelsey into her life.  Kelsey would change her life, as well as her career focus.  Since 1989 she has helped six of her dogs earn various titles, including breed champion, companion dog, companion dog excellent, utility, rally (all levels), the canine good citizen class and therapy certifications.  In 1991 Deb and a partner opened “Top Dog Training Academy” in Hudson, Wisconsin.  In 1996 she left the partnership to open her own school in Woodbury, Minnesota, AllBreed Obedience and Behavioral School for Dogs along with her husband Michael.

Being a professional dog trainer had been a second job for many years for Deb, who worked at 3M for 16 years.  In 1996 she opted to make the move and leave the world of business to literally go to the dogs full time.  She has never regretted her decision.  The world of the human/canine relationship makes for a rewarding and challenging profession, one she is proud to be part of.

She is very active in the world of dogs outside of training and behavioral work.  She gives her time generously to the various rescue groups in need of help.  She is a judge for the American Kennel club, judging obedience at the Novice and Open levels, as well as all levels for Rally.  She is a certified Canine Good Citizen evaluator and also judges all levels of obedience for ASCA (Australian Shepherd Club of America).  She lives with her three dogs, all of whom compete in various venues and are loved dearly!
